Threat to shift Bathinda refinery
New Delhi, October 14
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd today threatened to shift the Bathinda refinery to Rajasthan if the Punjab Government failed to fulfil its promise of extending sales tax exemptions and other concessions.

List of oil outlets cancelled in northern region
New Delhi, October 14
The two-member judicial committee has recommended to the Supreme Court the cancellation of a total of 54 oil outlets in three northern states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, allegedly made to close relatives and friends of NDA leaders by the previous government.
