The poor state of medical facilities in a government hospital of the national Capital today led to the death of four patients allegedly due to the malfunctioning of oxygen equipment installed in the hospital, said police officials.

A senior police official said that the deceased have been identified as Rehana (36), Javed (20) and Rajkumar (35), while the fourth person is unidentified. All the victims belonged to different places in Delhi and were put on ventilator.
