Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 12: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 12: Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 15°C.
