17 more dengue cases confirmed

With 17 more cases of dengue being confirmed today, the number of city residents having contracted the disease so far this year has reached 139. While UT Health Department officials claim to have carried out fumigation drives across the city, the number of cases is on the rise.

30% patients visiting psychiatry dept suffer from depression: PGI

PU to digitise Phd theses

In a move to assist thousands of students willing to pursue Phd, Panjab University will soon digitise around 8,000 theses written by research scholars at the PU between 1956 to 2007.
