According to Ombir, Anil recently had an altercation with a youth, aged about 19 years, living in their neighbourhood, who had allegedly tried to use Anil to send a message to a girl studying in Anil’s school. He said when he came to know about it, he not only pulled up his son but also complained to the parents of the youth. The youth, Pradeep, is reportedly missing from his house since yesterday. “Interestingly, it was Pradeep who informed them about the stabbing incident yesterday, but has not been traceable after that. It is learnt that one of the friends of Pradeep has been nabbed by the police. “We have rounded up some suspects, including some students, for interrogation, but the main suspect is yet to be nabbed,” said SSP Anil Kumar Rao.
