Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: This was appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in Haryana and Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.7°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 13: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 13: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
