Court bars BSNL employees from holding rallies

In a significant development, a local court today restrained the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Employees Union, Chandigarh, from holding rallies, dharnas or indulging in related activity on the premises of BSNL office in the city or in front of the residential houses of officers of the BSNL within a radius of 250 yards till September 22.

Differential service tax recovered
