Total blackout threatened
CALCUTTA, Dec 7 (PTI) — Electricity employees all over the country have threatened total blackout if the government went ahead with the proposed Electricity Bill 2000 for privatising the power sector, the General Secretary of the All-India Federation of Electricity Employees, Mr Himangsu Das, told reporters here today.
