(IPS), who has been posted at Abohar. Dr Richa Agnihotri (PPS) joined the Punjab Police in 2012.
Larvae found from 14 coolers

Cases of dengue have started pouring in from different areas of the city. Till now, 9 positive cases of dengue have been reported in this season from Ludhiana district. Larvae of Aedes Egypti are been found from several places in the city. Today also, larvae of Aedes Egypti were found from 14 different places.
1,264 units of blood collected

The Tera Panth Yuvak Parishad, a non-government organisation, today organised a blood donation camp at two different places here and collected 1,264 units of blood. As many as 542 units of blood was collected at Tera Panth

Inmate dies at Central Jail
Ludhiana, September 6
A 70-year-old jail inmate died at the Central Jail early this morning. The deceased has been identified as Sadhu Singh, a resident of Kular village. He was lodged in the jail for the past four months. The court had awarded six-year sentence to him in an attempt to murder case.
