Mohali, June 4
A man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at Mohali village here. The body of Chandan Singh (35) was removed by the police and sent to the Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Revenue department takes up pending cases

A camp was organised by revenue department at Gharuan near here to solve pending cases of people pertaining to revenue matters.
Mohali Deputy Commissioner Varun Roojam called upon people to make the most out of such camps that provide solution to all pending issues under one roof. Gharuan has eleven patwar circles and 36 villages. The camp was held at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Gharuan.
