Thieves fancy Maruti cars
Chandigarh, May 14
Despite the changing taste of vehicle owners of Chandigarh, who prefer luxury sedans and
SUVs, the good old Maruti remains a favourite of thieves. In the past four
months, 171 vehicles were stolen. Among these, 85 were Maruti 800. The other
vehicles were Zen (11), Esteem (10), Gypsy (2), Wagon-R (1) and Alto (1).
