Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were below normal in Haryana, appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 07.4C recorded at Adampur.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 26: Mainly dry weather over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 26: Mainly clear sky. Mist/shallow fog tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be around 11C.
