Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departure: This was appreciably above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.5°C recorded at Karnal (Haryana).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 12: Mainly clear sky. Mist/fog in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 10°C.
