Farooqui.

Third front will uproot Cong, SAD, says Chandumajra

People are fed up with the misrule of successive state governments led by the Shiromani Akali Dal and the Congress and now a third front would emerge in Punjab. Capt ‘reneged on’ Amritsar declaration

Mr Gursewak Singh Jawahar Ke, general secretary, Youth Akali Dal (Amritsar), today alleged that Chief Minister Amarinder Singh had cheated the Sikhs by back-tracking from the stand taken by him when he signed the Amritsar declaration, demanding a separate Sikh state at Akal Takht in 1994.
