Charged with outraging woman’s modesty

Mr Balwinder Kumar, Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Ludhiana, has summoned Tarlochan Singh, a former SHO of the Division No 4 police station and now posted as SHO of the Division No 2 police station, and Sub-Inspector Sarup Singh on the charges of “outraging the modesty of a woman”, “extortion” and causing injury.

Small scale industry in dire straits
