GNDU Youth Festival concludes 

Dinanagar (Gurdaspur), October 18
The Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) Youth Festival (Zone A) concluded at the Shanti Devi Arya Mahila (SDAM) College here yesterday. The hosts-SDAM College emerged overall champions while R R Bawa DAV College, Batala, was placed second. 

Pt Mohan Lal SD College, Gurdaspur, got the third place. 16 GNDU affiliated colleges of Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran and Pathankot districts took part in the proceedings which were held at the auditorium of the college. 

Cultural items like folk songs, fancy dress competitions, skits, mimicry, poetical symposium and debates were held during the three-day festival. — TNS
