Babita tops the city with 98.2% marks

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of class XII today. Babita of BCM Senior Secondary School, Basant City, has topped the city by securing 98.2% marks in the commerce stream. While the boys outshone the girls in the medical and non-medical streams, the latter bagged top positions in the humanities and commerce streams.

Despite all odds, Navkaran Singh, a student at BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, has passed the plus two examinations of the CBSE with 83% marks in the non-medical stream. He has been battling hodgkin's lymphoma cancer for the past one year.

New I-T forms yet to be made available

Ludhiana: Blossoms Convent School, near Jagraon, celebrated Fruit Day. Students of the junior wing brought fruits such as melons, watermelons and mangoes in their lunch boxes and enjoyed these “summer” delicacies.
