Services remained crippled at the Registering and Licensing Authority
(RLA) office in Sector 17 consecutively for the second day after the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) developed a snag following which the computers had to be shut down leading to harassment of hundreds of visitors.

UT dept to inspect homes for the destitute in city
