1 more arrested in ETO suicide case
Mohali, January 8
The Mohali police today arrested one more accused, Rajiv Sood, a Ludhiana-based transporter, in the ETO Ranjit Singh suicide case.
This is the second arrest in the case. Earlier, the police had arrested Paramjit Singh, a driver, on January 2.

Third Shatabdi to run from Jan 14
Chandigarh, January 8
The city will get its third Shatabdi from January 14. The third Shatabdi will start from the Chandigarh railway station at 11.40 am and reach New Delhi at 3.00 pm. The train will return from New Delhi at 7.15 pm and reach Chandigarh at 10.35 pm.
The Shatabdi will comprise 12 coaches, including nine chair cars, one executive chair car and two power cars.

CTU zeroes in on insurance co

(CTU) has finally zeroed in on the National Assurance Company to give insurance cover to its 450-strong fleet of buses, running on the local and long-distance routes.
