Two vehicles stolen in the city:Two cases of vehicle theft were registered with the city police today. While Jagsir Singh’s car, worth nearly `25,000, was stolen from near a petrol pump adjoining Tinkoni, a resident of Burj Gill complained that his bike was stolen from outside the district court complex today.

Eunuch’s body found: The body of a eunuch was found tucked in a room of an under-construction building along the National Highway-2 here on Friday. Labourers who reported for work spotted the body and informed the police. The police found injury marks on the head and neck of the eunuch and registered a case in this regard.

Villager killed: Suresh Kumar, a resident of Blahi village, was killed on the spot when a speeding truck hit his scooty near Sanwala village in the district on Thursday evening.

Rewari
ATM damaged: In a bid to loot cash, a miscreant smashed the screen of an ATM and also damaged the CCTV camera at a booth of the Bank of Baroda here on Thursday night. When the security guard resisted, the miscreant thrashed him and fled after leaving him unconsciousness. The guard, who was admitted to a trauma centre here, was in a coma.
