Five killed in different incidents
Moga, November 14 In the second incident, Jaswinder Singh, a resident of Gholia Khurd who worked as a granthi in a local gurudwara, died in a road accident while on way to Jagraon last night. His motorcycle was hit by an unknown vehicle. A 50-year-old man, identified as Hardwari Lal, said to be mentally depressed, allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train. At nearby Ghal Kalan village, a youth Rajinder Kumar died under mysterious circumstances at his residence. The suicide angle is being explored by the police as he reportedly did not have good relations with his wife. In another incident, Deepak Kumar alias Gopi, a resident of New Town area, allegedly died under mysterious circumstances on the premises of the district hospital here. Police said his body was found under a tree and he could have died due to cold weather. |
