Congress looks a divided house

The Congress seems to be a divided house ahead of the Mayoral elections. Out of the 19 councillors, a group of seven Congress councillors as well as the Ludhiana (West) MLA, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, skipped the party meeting that was organised to discuss the name of the leader of the Opposition in the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation House.
