Non-basmati output to dip by over 20 pc

81 wholesale, retail shops without licence

As many as 81 wholesale and retail grocery shops have been found functioning without licence in contravention of the provisions of the Chandigarh Food Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1991 issued under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
