Showing concern over declining ratio of men undergoing vasectomy in comparison to tubectomy in women during reproductive age, civil surgeon Sangrur Dr Dalip Kumar, persuaded members of the staff at local community health centre to motivate more men to adopt this 'fool proof' method of birth control and stressed on need of maintaining nuclear family.
