Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at the most places in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, at many places in Himachal Pradesh and west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: New Delhi (Palam) 3, Chandigarh, New Delhi (Safdarjung), Tajewala and Masani Barrage 2 each and Ambala and Ayanagar 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Kahu, Kasol, Solan and Nadaun 4 each, Khairi and Solangnala 3 each, Shimla 2 and Bhang, Dhundhi, Chaura and Sunnibhaji 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu 3, Punjab: Gurdaspur and Madhopur 1 each, East Rajasthan: Govindgarh 11, Dholpur 9, Nadbai 8, Kotkasim 6, Roopwas 5, Rajakhera, Bayana, Nagar, Kumher and Tizara 4 each, Basuwa, Kathumer, Mundawar, Bharatpur and Sapau 3 each, Laxmangarh, Ramgarh and Baseri 2 each and Bahadurpur, Kishangarhwas, Kaman, Pahari and Deeg 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Sultanpur 9, Lucknow 6, Hanumansetu, Bhatpurwaghat and Gorakhpur 5 each, Bani, Katerniaghat and Palliakalan 4 each, Mukhlishpur, Neemsar and Raebareilly 3 each, Ayodhya, Ballia, Birdghat, Bhinga, Fursatganj and Shardanagar 2 each and Ghazipur, Mirzapur, Mohana, Turtipar and Uskabazar 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Mathura FM and Shahjahanpur 6 each, Agra, Bareilly, Dabri and Mathura 3 each, Ankinghat and Narora 2 each and Aligarh, Baghpat and Moradabad 1 each and Uttarkhand: Banbasa, Rishikesh and Srinagar 5 each, Devprayag, Haridwar, Marora, Tehri, Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi 3 each, Dehra Dun and Pantnagar 2 each and Joshimath, Kalagarh and Mukteshwar 1 each.
