Sensing Maya trick, Hooda rushes to Delhi
Our Correspondent

Kaithal, July 18
Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, who was to participate in at least six functions in Kaithal, curtailed his visit and rushed to New Delhi in the wake of political developments at the centre.

Sources said he left after Lok Sabha MP from Karnal Arvind Sharma showered praises on BSP chief and UP Chief Minister Mayawati.

He dedicated Satya Bharti Primary School constructed by the Bharti foundation at Sotha village in the morning and cancelled all subsequent programmes listed for the day.

He was scheduled to inaugurate the lawyers’ chamber complex, an immunisation programme at Siwan village, building of the new bus stand in Kaithal, an e-disha centre attached to the mini-secretariat and lay the foundation stone of a government college at Jagdishpura village. He was also scheduled to address “Kirtimaan rally” in the new grain market here.
