Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Jammu anmd Kashmir and uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Kasol (Himachal Pradesh) has recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum fell appreciable in himachal Pradesh and Uttarpradesh, fell in Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departure:They were appreciably below normal in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest tempreture in the plains was 02.6 degree C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
