Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Punjab, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Punjab: Faridkot 3, East Rajasthan: Sabla 3, Galiakot, Nathdwara and Vallabhnagar 2 each and Danpur and Dungla 1 each, West Rajasthan: Bilara 10 and Jaitaran and Siwana 1 each and East Uttar Pradesh: Bansi and Kakrahi 2 each and Regoli 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 28: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, south Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
