Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms. are: Himachal Pradesh: Dharampur 3 and Kasauli and Sundernagar 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Batote 1, east Rajasthan: Banswara 38, Bari 24, Galiakot 22, Bhungra, Danpur and Keserpura 19 each, Bagidora 16, Arthuna and Ghatol 15 each, Dubla and Sagwara 13, Bagore, Loharia and Pipalkhunt 11 each, Chikli, Dhambola, Jagpura and Roopwali 9 each, Kareda and Raipur 8 each, Arnod, Nithuwa, Sabla and Veja 7 each, Bhilwara, Gogunda, Ramganjmandi and Sajangarh 6 each, Dungarpur, Kherwada, Kusalgarh, Mondal, Mavli, Pratapgarh, Railmogra, Shergarh and Udaipur city 5 each, Chittorgarh and Girva 4 each and Udaipur A.P. 3, west Rajasthan: Desuri, Mountabu and Shivganj 3 each, Pindwara and Sumerpur 2 each and Reodor and Sirhoi 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Allahabad and Mirzapur 1 each, and Uttaranchal: Josimath 2 and Dehra Dun and Hardwar 1 each.
