The Health Department has decided that the doctors working in the
dispensaries, to be brought under the control of Zila Parishads would
not do medico legal work. The department has also sanctioned 550 posts
for medical and dental officer for hospitals community health centres
and subsidiary health centres & the state to provide medicare
round the clock.
