4-year-old boy crushed to death

A four-year-old boy, Amarinder was crushed to death by a speeding truck on the Pinjore-Nalagargh road, as he was waiting for a bus along with his father, Gurcharan Singh. The duo had come to pay obeisance at a Gurdwara in Kiratpur when the incident took place. The truck driver fled away.

Advocate Atul C. Lakhanpal was today elected president of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association (HCBA). He defeated his only challenger Mr Puran Singh Hundal by a margin of 113 votes. Mr Lakhanpal secured 925 votes while Mr Hundal got 812 votes.

Forest Hill case: CBI gets 10 more months to complete probe

Raipur to have dispensary
