CM unhappy with ADGP over Waqf Board issue

The Chief Minister Punjab has reacted sharply to the reported representation of some members of the Punjab Waqf Board led by a senior police officer and a member of the board against his decision to cancel the meeting called to remove chairperson of the board.

A district level conference of the Marxist Communist Party of India will be organised at New Shimlapuri, near Harkrishan Public School, Ludhiana on March 6.
Mr Lakhwinder Singh Buani, secretary district committee, MCPI, and Mr Jandeep Kaushal, said a minimum of 100 delegates would participate in the conference to raise their voice against the “anti-farmer, anti-employees and anti-worker policies” of the government.
