Belgian doctor converts to Hinduism

Ludhiana, November 9 Impressed and fascinated by the culture that gave the world the science of ayurveda, a Belgian doctor converted to Hinduism “to go into the deep roots of this culture”. Dr Boedt Lifyaan, who had come here to participate in the Lord Dhanwantri’s Jayanti celebrations organised here today at Dhanwantri Temple, turned “too emotional within a couple of days” that he decided to adopt Hinduism.

Nine held for gambling
