Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers occurred at isolated places in east Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amount of rainfall in cm was: East Rajasthan: Raipur 3, Kapasan and Matrikundia 2 each and Amet, Girava, Nimbahera, Rashmi and Udaipur City 1 each.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 7: Rain or thunderhsowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
