The chief amount of rainfall in cms. are: Haryana: Jagadhari 3, Himachal Pradesh: Bangana 8, Bharwain 7, Nadaun 5, Dehragopipur 4, Barsar, Guler, Sujanpurtira and Solan 3 each and Paonta and Sundernagar 1 each, East Rajasthan: Mount Abu 3 and Jhalawar 1, East Uttar Pradesh: Sultanpur 2 and Uttaranchal: Dehradun 10 and Tehri 1.
