Ludhiana Patiala SENIOR FELLOWSHIP: Punjabi University Vice-Chancellor Swarn Singh Boparai has conferred two year’s Senior Fellowship on Dr Kesar Singh. Dr Kesar Singh, who retired from the School of Punjabi Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, is an eminent literary personality in the field of literary criticism. He has written and edited more than a dozen books in Punjabi language on all essential aspects of Punjabi literature.
