ARRESTED: Daulat Singh alias Dauli of Jalalabad West was arrested here on Monday while smuggling 180 kg of poppy husk from Rajasthan. distributed: The Rotary Club Ludhiana North distributed 100 sweaters and 45 woollen shawls among the needy students of Government High School, Bassian Bet. The school is situated along the Sidhwan canal, about 25 km from here. The club has also constructed brick-paved paths in the school.
