Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed a little. Departure: They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 380C recorded at Jalore (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Himachal Pradesh and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 12.20C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of October 24: Weather will be mainly dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of October 24: Mainly clear sky. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 320C and 170C respectively.
