Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Haryana and east Rajasthan and changed a little elsewhere.

Departure: They were above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.0°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 17: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 17: Clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
