Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and west Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were markedly above normal in west Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in Haryana and east Rajasthan, above normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 12.8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 8: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in east Uttar Pradesh.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 8: Mainly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development or light rain in some areas. Minimum temperature will be around 16°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 8: Light rain is likely at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
