New postcard

The Department of Posts today launched a new postcard — ‘Meghdoot’ — at half the existing rate of 50 paise. It would be available for 25 paise and the reverse of the postcard would be utilised for commercial advertisements, Communications and Information Technology Minister Pramod Mahajan said here. PTI
