Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms. are: Himachal Pradesh: Pandoh 3 and east Uttar Pradesh: Birdghat, Kakrahi 1 each.

Forecast valid until the morning of August 4: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of August 4: Partly cloudly sky with possibility of thundry development in some areas. Maximum temperature will be around 36°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of August 4: Development of thunderclouds is likely at a few places.
