Fardeen, 2 others chargesheeted

Actor Fardeen Khan and two others were today chargesheeted in the cocaine seizure case by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The NCB chargesheet which ran into 242 pages applied Section 28 r/w 8 (c), 21 of the NDPS Act on Fardeen alongwith co-accused Nasir Abdul Karim Shaikh, which deals with the sale and purchase of narcotics. The third accused Tony Gomes, along with Nasir has been chargesheeted under Section 29 r/w 8(c), 21 of the same Act. UNI
