Ajaib Singh’s plea goes to another Judge

consitutency, challenging the rejection of his nomination papers by the Vice-Chancellor of Punjab University, Chandigarh, was today referred to a third judge by a Division Bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court due to difference of opinion among the judges, who heard the writ petition.
