CHANDIGARH, April 25—Hundreds of handicapped aspirants for 100 Class posts advertised by the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Punjab, who had come from distant parts of the state for their interview, were in for a rude shock when they were told by a peon at the Sector 34 directorate office that there will be no interview today.
