Punjab Police arrest KLF chief, aide 
Chandigarh, November 7
The Punjab Police today arrested Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) chief Harminder Singh, alias Mintoo, and his aide Gurpreet Singh Gopi from the Delhi airport. After their arrest, the Punjab Police disclosed that after five years of power struggle, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan managed to bring Sikh terror outfits together. The ISI was holding weekly coordination meetings with them.
