Maoists blow up railway tracks in Jharkhand Train passengers had a close shave on Sunday after Maoists blew up railway tracks in Latehar district of Jharkhand leading to stranding of several trains on the second day of the statewide shutdown. According to media reports Maoists blew up the tracks at around 10.30 PM on Saturday, about half-an-hour before the scheduled passage of important passenger trains like Rajdhani Express.
