Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: past 24-hour change: The minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.2°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 14: Rain/snow will occur at many places in Jammu and Kashmir, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 14: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 13°C.
