Chander Mohan likely to be Dy CM
New Delhi, March 13
Amid indications that Haryana PCC chief Bhajan Lal’s son Chander Mohan would be appointed Deputy Chief Minister, AICC members today talked to state Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda about the distribution of portfolios to the 10 ministers who had taken the oath on March 10.

BJP chief L K Advani has yet again defended Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, under criticism from his party legislators for his style of functioning, saying there are no complaints about his administrative capacity.

19 killed in bus mishap near Mussoorie
Dehra Dun, March 13
Nineteen persons were killed and many injured in a bus accident near Dhanolti ahead of Mussoorie today. The accident took place when the bus carrying about 30 passengers fell into a 1500-foot deep gorge late in the afternoon, officials said.

Olympic silver medallist Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore helped India win the team gold in the company of Ronjan Sodhi in the men’s double-trap shooting event of the Commonwealth Shooting Federation Championship in Melbourne, according to information received here today. — PTI
