Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Dholpur (Rajasthan) has recorded at 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir, below normal in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 34.0°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab and Uttaranchal, above normal in east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.5°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
